Job Description: As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's social media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and content calendars
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns
• Track and report on key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns

Qualifications:

• Preferably 6-12 months of experience in social media management or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
