Overview:

We are

seeking a highly qualified and experienced Certified Cisco Systems Instructor

(CCSI) to deliver specialized training on Cisco Collaboration Foundations

(CLFNDU) and Implementing Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR). This

training is essential for our client as they transition and manage the DSN VoIP

telephony system, which will be replaced and upgraded by NIWC. The successful

candidate will conduct a comprehensive, on-site training course over a five-day

period, ensuring participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to

effectively operate and administer the new DSN VoIP switching environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

- Deliver

on-site training for Cisco Collaboration Foundations (CLFNDU) and Implementing

Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies (CLCOR) to client’s personnel.

- Provide

practical, hands-on instruction and demonstrations related to the DSN VoIP

telephony transition and administration.

- Tailor

training content to address specific needs and requirements of the client’s new

DSN VoIP switching environment.

- Develop

and provide instructional materials, including presentations, exercises, and

practical labs.

- Evaluate

participant understanding through assessments and provide feedback to ensure

comprehension of the material.

- Offer

post-training support and guidance to address any follow-up questions or

issues.

Qualifications:

- Certified

Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) with up-to-date certification.

- Extensive

experience in delivering Cisco training, specifically for Collaboration

Foundations and Core Technologies.

- In-depth

knowledge of Cisco’s DSN VoIP telephony systems and their administration.

- Proven

ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

- Strong

communication and presentation skills with a focus on interactive and engaging

teaching methods.

Requirements:

- Ability

to conduct training on-site in Sicily, Italy.

Availability for the full 5-day training period (Monday through Friday).

Demonstrated experience with Cisco’s training curriculum and materials related

to CLFNDU and CLCOR.

Familiarity with the latest Cisco technologies and updates, particularly

concerning VoIP and collaboration technologies.

Additional

Information:

- Training

dates and schedule will be coordinated with the client.

- All

necessary equipment and materials for the training will be provided by the

client.

- Travel

and accommodation arrangements for the trainer will be managed and covered by

the client.
