Job Objective
Proactive Study Abroad advisor and key issue solver to achieve challenging financial targets while adding new clients and expanding sales services regularly by providing high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Specific responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services through Video conferencing / Face to face
• Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations.
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers .
• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team to achieve better results.
• Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team.
• Keep track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team .
• Achieve monthly target as assigned by the Sales head / Team head. (Normally 10 closings/month)
