Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visa Consultant to join our team at Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to students regarding overseas education and visa processes. This is a full-time position based in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and requirements, particularly for Canada
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide accurate and detailed information to students
• Strong counseling and consulting abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Proficiency in using visa application software and online platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist students in understanding the visa application process and requirements for various countries
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa policies, procedures, and documentation
• Guide students on selecting the right course and university based on their profile and career goals
• Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite visa processing
• Maintain a database of visa regulations, updates, and changes
• Keep track of key deadlines and ensure timely submission of visa applications
• Conduct counseling sessions to address student queries and concerns regarding visas
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in visa regulations for different countries
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa application process
