Job Title: Associate - Tech (Product Management)

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Manager - Tech

Key Responsibilities:

·      Identification of customer issues for both internal and external customers and preparation of business requirement specification document.

·      Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements

·      Project Management of Tech developments

o  Plan preparation including timelines, resource allocation and budgets.

o  Lead project teams by coordinating activities, assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones

o  Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.

·      Communicating project progress, risks, challenges to stakeholders and senior management to enable decision-making.

·      Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize the projects/decisions and to drive results on intended metrices.

·      Assist with research for business intelligence and business development proposals as needed.

·      Help teams take data-driven decisions by analysing data across multiple tech-platforms

·      Design high-level wireframes for the App using product-design methodologies.

·      Understand different business verticals and identify areas of automation and process enhancement to drive greater efficiency

·      Update existing SOPs and create new operational SOPs as and when applicable

Key Technical Requirements:

·      1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably through a product’s lifecycle

·      Knowledge / experience in product development, technical analysis and error management

·      Hands-on experience in API’s

·      Project management certification like PMP or similar certification, preferred

·      BCA / BE / BTech preferred

General Skills:

·      Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and focus on results

·      Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

·      Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

·      Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks

·      Strong ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment with a high degree of accuracy
