Job Title: Associate – Secretarial

 Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

•        Responsible for all secretarial compliances & Documentation for preferential/private placement investments.

•        Responsible for compliances under foreign exchange regulations and securities law;

•        Drafting, finalization, reviewing and ownership of all investment related documents including but not limited to secretarial documents and all compliance documents.

•        Responsible for Company’s (including its group / affiliate / related entities) statutory filings with relevant authorities under various statues;

•        Assisting the team with due diligence and post investment compliances of investee companies.

•        Responsible for vetting and finalizing investment documents as per the requirements of the investee start-up.

•        Overall ownership of all compliances both pre- and post-investment.

•        Co-ordination and follow-ups with all stake holders to take matters to closure.

•        Maintaining MIS and keeping it up to date.

•        Execute existing SOPs and update them from time to time as and when applicable.

•        Process returns and other compliance as per RBI Guidelines.

•        Coordinating with Lead Partners, Finance team, other members of IPV and other legal consultants retained by the company on all the investment related additions.

Qualification:

·      Qualified CS / Law graduate

·      Min. 0 to 3 years of work experience (Freshers are welcome)

·      Self-motivator and entrepreneurial attitude to work with minimum supervision

·      Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

·      Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects and tasks
