Job Summary: We are seeking a organized and proactive HR and Admin Executive to manage and streamline HR functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and office administration, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in the execution of recruitment strategies, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, completion of documentation, and conducting employee orientations.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances and work to foster a positive workplace environment by ensuring open communication and effective conflict resolution.

Event Management:

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and other office events.

Office and Facility Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office resources and supplies.
  • Manage vendor relations, office equipment, and maintenance services.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for employees and guests.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and conferences, including booking venues and arranging equipment.

Documentation & Filing:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees, contracts, and office documentation.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
