As an Assistant Branch Manager, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities
Branding and Promotions
• Organize different and innovative programs to uplift the brand value of IPCS
• Create a good rapport with our existing clients and generate new business clients. • Initiate effective methods to achieve the business plans of IPCS. • Update the news and events pages of website/social media with recent activities. Marketing Management • Plan, assign and monitor entire activities of BDMs, CRMs, CROs, CREs and BDEs
working in different branches under control. • Schedule a periodical meeting with all who are part of the sales/marketing team. • Give regular and proper guidance to the Sales team in branch. • Establish a proper system to monitor the activities of Freelance Marketing Executives. • Plan and implement effective mode of advertisements such as print, online (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) • Prepare the activities and plan of action to be carried out by Marketing Engineers. • Analyze their target achievement and give proper recognition / appreciation. • Ensure all the expenses incurred for marketing is restricted as per the policies of the
