Job Overview

We are seeking an Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at Inwinteck Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is located in Thane and is suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our operational tasks and ensuring smooth execution of various activities and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of daily operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Manage and track operational activities through the company's IT ticketing system
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and resolve any service issues
  • Support vendor management executives in coordinating with third-party service providers
  • Monitor and report metrics related to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to the operations department
