Designation: IT Help Desk/ Vendor Management Executive

Job description:

Soft skills/experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Fluent English Communication
  • Good co-ordination skill
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone and email in line with client service levels
  • Move In -Move Out management and Vendor Management.
  • Tracking the customer's queries until it got rectified.
  • Following engineer for closure
  • Communicating with clients and customers about their experience with our service.
  • Identifying vendors providing manpower support for our business calls

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience:

  • Fresher
  • 0-1 years of Experience in finding resources globally to service our client as per SLA in IT support.

Gender: Female/Male

Shift: Day (Rotational Week Off)
