Designation: Client Relationship Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Building a relationship with the client,
- New Client onboarding.
- Handling both the clients, new as well as the old
- Handling the load and financial aspects of the client.
- Comfortable in doing outbound calls to the clients.
- Experience with the US process will be preferable.
Experience: 1 year of experience in US customer service or client handling.
Location: Thane West.
Working days: 5 days ( Sat & Sun fixed off)
Shift Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM (Fixed Night shift)
