Role Overview:

As a US Mortgage Tax Process Specialist, you will manage and execute tax processes across various states, focusing on Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), New York (NY), and Massachusetts (MA). Key responsibilities include:

Tax Communication: Effectively engage with tax collectors to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies.

Tool Utilization: Leverage NertOnline and similar tools to efficiently gather tax values for mortgage properties.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and processes across multiple states, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, share insights, and support organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in US mortgage tax processes, particularly in PA, TX, NY, and MA.
• Familiarity with NertOnline or similar tools is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
