Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Support HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR documents and policies
• Conduct initial orientation to new employees
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
