Job Overview

InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Professional to join our team. As an HR Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and possess excellent communication, negotiation, recruitment, and talent acquisition skills. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any degree
• 0 to 4 years of experience in HR role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee performance evaluation process
• Coordinate and conduct training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
