Job Overview

The Sales Associate role at Investors Clinic is a full-time, mid-level position based in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, South Delhi, East Delhi, Gurgaon, and Gautam Buddha Nagar. The candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry. The Sales Associate will focus on driving sales, engaging with clients, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in direct sales with a strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in client acquisition strategies, helping to create a strong customer base.
• Demonstrated history of revenue generation in the real estate sector, achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Experienced in investment property sales, understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Strong ability to work with channel partners to expand sales opportunities and increase market reach.
• Proficient in B2C sales, with excellent negotiation and closing skills to maintain and grow the customer base.
• Experience in delivering presentations and pitches to potential customers in a persuasive manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
