Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Client Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team based in Noida, Delhi, or Ghaziabad. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves developing strategies to attract new clients and establishing strong relationships to expand our customer base.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have expertise in sales, with a proven track record in achieving targets (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in marketing strategies to effectively promote our real estate services to potential clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in lead generation to identify and cultivate potential clients for our real estate offerings.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate our value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Capability in revenue generation, with a focus on increasing the company's sales performance and market share.
