Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating compelling visuals. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that captivate and engage our audience while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, banners, posters, infographics, presentations, and packaging.
• Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with objectives.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity by creating consistent designs across all platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns.
• Edit and retouch images for use in various mediums.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects.
• Prepare files for print and ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, or prototypes for digital projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related role (flexible depending on the level).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
• Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
