Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior US Third Party Collection Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and expertise in handling US processes, specifically in debt collection.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in US third party collection processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with US customers and clients.
  • Proven experience in handling US debt collection, understanding of the market and specific challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of US first party and third party collection practices and procedures.
  • Understanding of international business processes and ability to work across time zones.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with high integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work tasks.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software tools.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact customers in the US to collect outstanding debts in accordance with company protocols and US regulations.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements to achieve optimal recovery rates.
  • Accurately document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on collection activities and outcomes to management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex collection cases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant US debt collection laws and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain good client relationships.
  • Identify and address issues that could hinder successful debt recovery and propose solutions.
