Debt collection

·      Knowledge of US 3rd Party collections business

·      Knowledge of US 3rd Party collection techniques

·      Knowledge of Legal Account lifecycle.

·      Exposure of working on dialer and manual campaigns

·      Understanding of regulations and statues governing 3rd party legal collections along with different State Laws

·      Must have good knowledge of FDCPA & State Laws

Requirements –

·      Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

·      Minimum 6 months experience for US based 3rd party / legal collections

·      Should be willing to work in US Shifts

·      Excellent verbal / written communication skills

·      Sound computer knowledge with good typing speed with accuracy.
