Position:- US Debt Collection Specialist

Location:- Noida Sec, 63

Salary:- Upto 40K As per experience

Minimum 6 Month Experience Required in US Debt Collection process,

Excellent English Communication

Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills

·        Meet department productivity and quality standards

·        Ability to handle high volume calls

·        Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill

·        Ability to apply independent judgement to handle all aspects of collection process.

·        Responsible for corresponding with customers  

Requirements:

•        1 or more years of US collection experience required.

•        Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills 

•        Good Thought process 

•        Experience: 6 months in 3rd party collection in any international BPO

•        Ability to work over weekends

•        Ability to multitask.

•        Ready to work from office

•        Ready to commute self, one side drop facility
