POSITION:- US Debt Collection Specialist

Location:- Noida

Salary Upto 4.5 LPA as per experience

Minimum 6 Month Experience Required in International Voice Process

With Excellent English Communication,

Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills

·        Meet department productivity and quality standards

·        Ability to handle high volume calls

·        Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill

·        Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.

·        Responsible for corresponding with customers  

Requirements:

•        1 or more years of Call Center experience required.

•        Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills 

•        Good Thought process 

•        Experience: 6 months plus in any international BPO

•        Ability to work over weekends

•        Ability to multitask.

•        Ready to work from office

•        Ready to commute self
