Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Noida office. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as conducting technical assessments and talent acquisition activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in sourcing candidates using various channels (Mandatory skill).
• Strong interviewing skills to screen and select suitable candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of recruitment operations and processes (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in screening resumes and job applications.
• Ability to conduct technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Skilled in negotiation to manage candidate expectations and offers.
• Experience in talent acquisition and understanding of employment laws and practices.
• Market research abilities to stay updated with industry trends and talent availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other resources.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Perform role-specific technical assessments for candidates to verify their technical capabilities.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including the candidate pipeline.
• Handle negotiations with candidates regarding salary, benefits, and employment terms.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on role requirements.
• Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and identify talent pools.
