Desired Candidate Profile:

·       Experience in event sales and sponsorship, with 0 to 3 years of work experience.

·       Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach

·       A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for driving impactful change.

Education:

While we value attitude above all else, candidates with excellent academic qualifications are preferred, as they often demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and dedication.

Immediate Objectives:

·       Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships.

·       Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

·       Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

·       Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.

·       Coordinate sales efforts with the department head.

·       Analyse market potential and stay abreast of promotional trends.
