Job Description:

As a Sales Training and Audit Specialist at Advanced Hair Studio, you will be instrumental in improving our sales team's capabilities and ensuring adherence to top-tier sales processes. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, managers, and leadership to develop and execute effective sales training programs and conduct audits to evaluate compliance with sales procedures.

Key Result Areas (KRA) for Sales Training Head

  1. Training Program Design and Implementation
  • KRA: Develop and deploy effective sales training programs that enhance sales skills and drive performance.
  • Objectives:
  • Design training modules that align with sales strategies and company sales target.
  • Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and incorporates the latest sales techniques and tools.
  • Customize training programs to address specific needs of both 1st & 2nd sales teams.
  1. Sales Performance Enhancement
  • KRA: Improve overall sales performance through targeted training and continuous development.
  • Objectives:
  • Set clear, measurable goals for performance improvement post-training.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas needing improvement and tailor training accordingly.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of training on sales performance.
  1. Training Delivery
  • KRA: Ensure high-quality training delivery and maintain consistency across all training sessions.
  • Objectives:
  • Oversee the execution of training programs and maintain high standards of delivery.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training quality.
  • Standardize training materials and methodologies to ensure consistency.
  1. Training Needs Analysis
  • KRA: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the training requirements of different sales teams.

  • Collaborate with National Heads & Studio Managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.

  • Develop training solutions that address specific gaps and enhance team capabilities.

  • KRA: Manage the training budget efficiently to maximize the impact of training programs.
  • Objectives:
  • Plan and monitor training expenditures to ensure budget adherence.
  • Optimize the allocation of resources to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Provide regular budget reports and justify any deviations.
  1. Evaluation and Reporting
  • KRA: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

  • Develop and use evaluation tools to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to refine training programs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training outcomes and recommendations.

  1. Sales – You are expected to consult and achieve your individual target by generating revenue monthly.

o  Sales Presentations and Demonstrations - Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

o  Negotiation and Closing - Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

o  Sales Reporting and Analysis - Monitor and report on sales performance and analyze data to drive improvements.

o  Market and Product Knowledge - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings.

o  Sales Forecasting - Predict future sales and prepare forecasts to inform business planning.

o  Customer Feedback and Improvement - Collect and utilize customer feedback to improve sales processes and offerings.

o  Team Collaboration and Support - Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales objectives.

o  Compliance and Ethics - Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
