Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing industry, building and maintaining

a customer database, and generating leads.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate campaigns aimed at reaching

potential customers.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products, specifically those from Rockwell, Siemens,

Schneider, ABB, and Ignition licenses.

• Provide clients with detailed information about product features, benefits, and how they

meet client needs.

Client Management:

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations for clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.

 

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and

support of sold products.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to

support sales efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for

improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT product sales within the manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record of successful sales of products from Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider,

ABB, and experience with Ignition licences or similar products.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and IT products relevant to it.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Other Requirements:

• Flexible travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
