Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team based in Mumbai on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the recruitment field. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within our clients' organisation.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): A strong background in recruitment with proven experience in filling various roles.
  • Non-IT (Mandatory skill): Expertise in handling non-IT recruitment across multiple sectors.
  • HR Consulting (Mandatory skill): Ability to provide HR consulting services to clients to enhance their recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing: Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels including online databases, social media, and networking.
  • Interviewing: Skilled in conducting professional and effective candidate interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Candidate Screening: Expertise in screening resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for each position.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to ensure favourable terms for both the candidates and the company.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and candidates clearly and effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open positions.
  • Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Perform interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide HR consulting services.
  • Negotiate employment terms and agreements with successful candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
