Job Overview
We are seeking a HR Recruiter to join our team at INTINERI INFOSOL PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Noida. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. The role involves sourcing, talent acquisition, and various tasks related to human resources within the IT and Non-IT sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sourcing (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience in identifying and attracting suitable candidates for various roles.
- Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in the end-to-end hiring process to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
- Human Resources (Mandatory skill) - Strong understanding of HR principles and practices with the ability to manage HR duties effectively.
- Interviewing - Proficiency in conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Networking - Ability to leverage professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Assessment - Competence in evaluating the skills, experience, and fit of potential hires to meet organizational needs.
- Communication - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiation - Strong negotiation skills for managing offers and ensuring successful candidate onboarding.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide high-quality recruitment support.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment data is accurately documented.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
