Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide advanced support to our clients, with a focus on network security. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating them to L3 engineers when necessary. This role will involve working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper firewalls, as well as Cisco security products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call technical support for network security-related issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to L3 engineers.

• Deliver expert support for Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper firewall systems, as well as a range of Cisco security products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining security standards.

• Maintain and optimize security protocols across multiple platforms to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with L3 engineers and other teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Network Security Engineer.

• Proficient in Cisco security systems; experience with additional firewalls, such as Palo Alto and Juniper, is highly desirable.

• Cisco CCNP certification in Enterprise or Security, or equivalent qualifications.

• PCNSA or PCNSE certification is strongly preferred.

• Expertise in routing protocols and switching within Cisco environments.

• Experience with any of the following Cisco technologies is an advantage: ISE, AnyConnect, AMP, Umbrella, Stealthwatch, WSA, ESA, and Duo.

• Solid understanding of web and email security systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Juniper products and solutions.

• Knowledge of advanced web and email security technologies.
