Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team at AIR India, Manesar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a strong background in end-user support, particularly in a dynamic environment involving various aviation professionals such as air hostesses, senior staff, and pilots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support on Active Directory (AD).

• Offer first-level support for Azure, cloud services, and networking issues.

• Assist air hostesses, senior staff, and pilots in using technology applications effectively.

• Deliver comprehensive end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ITrelated issues.

• Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex problems.

• Maintain documentation of support activities, including incident and problem management records.

• Ensure a high level of customer service and user satisfaction. Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD) management and support.

• Experience with Azure, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and provide support in a high-pressure environment.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including non-technical users.
