Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (IT Sales)


Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Position Overview: We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a background in IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and generating leads within the IT services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

 Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT service solutions.

 Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

 Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

 Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT services industry.

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
