We are looking for a competent Collection Agent/Sr. Agent to contact consumers/debtors and collect on early stage outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible.

A debt collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• · Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills
• · Ability to handle high volume calls
• · Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill

Requirements:

• 1 year of Call Center experience required.
• 1 Year Experience In International Voice Process
• Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills
• Ability to multitask.
