JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive/ Customer Sales Representative
We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers.
Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.
JOB DETAILS:
• Timings – 5.30AM to 2.30PM
• Week Offs - Sunday
• Half Day - Saturday
• Fixed Shifts
• Pick Up Facility Provided
• Food Facility Provided
• Uncapped Weekly and Monthly Incentives
• Appraisal Program • On Spot Offer Closure Requirements
• For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 3-6months of international outbound experience
• Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.
• Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits. • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements. • Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs. • Record the customers’ personal information accurately in the computer system. • Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
