Job Title: Collection Specialist – Astra

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (Including Weekends)

Experience: 6+ Months in International BPO (Debt Collection Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments.
• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls professionally.
• Ensure first-call resolution and maintain productivity standards.
• Apply independent judgment in handling debt collection cases.
• Maintain customer correspondence efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ready to commute and work in-office.
