As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be a crucial part of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Annual Revenue Target
2. Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
3. Strong follow with school coordinators up on existing business and increase adoption rate.
4. Conduct inbound and outbound calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
5. Support Field based team with appointment making.
6. Track sales data and KPIs.
7. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually sales report.
8. Document all client contact, leads and opportunities.
9. Ensure proper follow up on all qualified leads.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/MBA degreeor a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of inside sales experience
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary: 5 Lakh per annum
Annually Revenue: 1.5 Cr.
