Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, including OEMs and authorized service centers (e.g., Tata, Mahindra, Suzuki).
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing top-notch customer service and support.
  • Regularly visit automotive workshops, service centers, and dealerships to promote products and secure orders.
  • Present and demonstrate automotive spare parts, explaining features and benefits to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, etc.) to ensure alignment with sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales, with a focus on the automotive spare parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, especially working with brands like Tata, Mahindra, Suzuki, and others.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
