Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, including OEMs and authorized service centers (e.g., Tata, Mahindra, Suzuki).
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Regularly visit automotive workshops, service centers, and dealerships to promote products and secure orders.
- Present and demonstrate automotive spare parts, explaining features and benefits to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, etc.) to ensure alignment with sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in field sales, with a focus on the automotive spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, especially working with brands like Tata, Mahindra, Suzuki, and others.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
