Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in IT Sales to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying sales leads, pitching IT services, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends within IT services.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and service contracts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize IT solutions for client needs.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of IT services and communicate their value to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in IT Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software solutions and consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
