👁️ Position: Business Development Executive (IT/Digital Marketing sales)

👁️ Budget: 12-14 LPA

👁️ Min Exp: 4+

👁️ Onsite, mandate US Shifts (Night Shift – 7PM – 4AM).

👁️ Perks – Travelling Allowances, Meal, (Cab – Girls)

👁️ Preferred Face to Face Interviews, Timings 11 AM to 6 PM

Candidate Must have experience in Software IT services and Digital Marketing

Industry like Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Mobile Applications, Web, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, PPC etc.


🕳️ Key Deliverables: -

 Manage entire Sales life cycle including client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation/ qualification, product/ Service/ proposal presentation and sales closure.

 Build, execute and manage a strategy to generate leads and design campaigns for the services like App/Web development, Digital Marketing & Social Media.

 Assist in managing contract negotiations and agreements especially pertaining to the IT Services.

 Closing International Leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns, Chat messengers, LinkedIn, Social websites (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia).

 Lead generation via cold calling/emailing/online marketing campaigns prospects based in various countries.

 Manage end to end sales cycle from lead Generation till delivery.

 Taking follow ups on generated leads, existing new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell services and products.

 Work closely with the pre-sales team to profile the clients, evaluate leads and create proposals as per the client requirements.

 Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through networking events and other strategies.


🕳️ Desired Skills-:

 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

 Experience in selling IT services (Website, Application, Mobile App, CRM, ERP, SEO, SMO, ETC)

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Critical thinker and problem solver.

 Willing to work in Night Shift

 Excellent command on MS Office and CRM software.

 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
