Job Description:
B2C, or business-to-consumer, businesses sell their products or services directly to the buying public for personal use. As opposed to groups of professional buyers, B2C transactions typically involve one or two related individuals.
B2C sales professionals sell to consumers who may need, want, and benefit or have enough money to purchase their product or service. If the product appeals to a person then they are a potential buyer, there is very little discrimination or requirements of a potential customer.
Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and cold calling.
Closure and Collection: Manage Prospects, negotiating and freezing on commercials taking them to a logical closure with required documentation.
Process Adherence: Execution of the role in line with the organization’s guidelines and processes.
Build organization assets – Identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process enhancements.
