Job Summary:

Beaky Group is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Automobile Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling automotive parts to customers and clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with the sales and service team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell automobile parts to customers, ensuring they get the correct parts as per their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and parts inventory.
  • Work with the service and warehouse teams to ensure the availability of parts and timely deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding part compatibility, availability, and pricing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Attend industry trade shows, training programs, and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile parts sales.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling B2B sales for automotive parts.
