Description:


The Area Sales Manager . is responsible for driving sales growth in a designated area by implementing strategic sales plans, leading a team, and managing key client relationships. The role involves onboarding new dealers and distributors, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. The candidate must be knowledgeable about the consumer electronics market, especially in products such as LED TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, and refrigerators.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • New Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships with dealers and distributors to expand the market presence.

  • Sales Monitoring: Track sales data, analyze market trends, and provide forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the area’s sales budget and ensure resource optimization to maximize profitability.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive actions to stay ahead in the market.
