Key Responsibilities:

 Handling marine ticketing processes for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

 Managing bookings, cancellations, and reissues for marine travelers.

 Providing excellent customer service to address client queries and issues.

 Coordinating with airlines and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marine ticketing.

 Strong knowledge of ticketing software and airline systems.

 Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
