•        Keep technical expertise up to date through trainings and certifications for Acumatica Cloud ERP.

•        Work directly with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to discuss over all project plan and timelines.

•        Raise RISK upfront and share list of dependencies with PM that can delay project delivery.

•        Strong Technical capabilities: able to prioritize projects, manage and provide oversight to multiple project(s)'

•        Interpret business requirements and/or functional specifications, and write technical documents including low level design documents and technical specifications

•        Create work-break down structure (WBS) and effort estimates for each line items in WBS after going through Business requirement document

•        Provide development level of effort estimates to the project manager for project scheduling purposes.

•        Contributes to process improvements including (but not limited to) coding standards, effective code inspection and review methods/procedures, peer reviews etc., for quality delivery​.

•        Lead's development activities for the entire project(s) including writing high quality code, helping team members meet coding and quality standards

•        Ensure strict adherence to quality solution design from your team members

•        You must be deadline and timeline oriented and have a strong propensity for meeting and exceeding them.

•        Identifies risks, creates mitigation strategies and plans, and executes them on a timely manner, keeps all stakeholders and the project manager informed about the progress, as well as escalates to the right levels at right times (ensuring zero surprises) ​

•        Monitor the work done by her/his team members, mentors them reach the next level, and is accountable for team deliverables o Identify reusable code segments from the project deliverables and help build internal code libraries, and productize libraries​

•        Flexible in working tight time constraints and in multiple time zones.

•        Must take ownership and accountability for your team members' roles in project deliverables and timelines.

•        Participate in high-level team activities such as architecture and process improvements

•        Must be transparent in communication and detailed with communication to clients and internal teams

•        Expected to deliver medium to large complex functionality independently ​

•        Conduct's peer reviews, code inspections and mentors' peers in programming logic and techniques ​

•        Independently designs and develops highly complex code segments and delivers quality code ​

•        Ability to independently handle all activities involved in delivering complex architecture and critical piece of functionality ​

•        Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to multiple projects​

Good understanding of Kensium’s implementation and project management tools; Jira, Clarizen, BitBucket, Confluence, Git Lab.

·        9-10 Years of experience as a developer and min one year experience in leading development team

·        Strong Knowledge (depth) on Dot Net Technology.

·        Experience in managing team of developers to implement medium and large complex projects.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong Knowledge in SQL, MySQL
