Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission processes.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain student records and update CRM with counseling details.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
• Organize and participate in educational events, seminars, and open houses.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or admissions (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
