Role & responsibilities

• Software Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance ASP.NET and WPF applications to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
• Power Platform Development: Design, build, and deploy PowerApps solutions tailored to streamline business processes and automate tasks. Utilize Power Automate to create efficient workflows and integrate PowerApps with other systems.
• Database Development: Design, write, and optimize SQL Server Stored Procedures to support application functionalities, data manipulation, and reporting requirements.
• API Integrations: Integrate various APIs (e.g., third-party services, internal systems) seamlessly into our applications to enable data exchange, enhance functionality, and streamline processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert for ASP.NET, WPF, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Server Stored Procedures, and API integrations within the team. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of developed software to identify and address any bugs or issues. Ensure software meets quality standards and performance requirements.
• Documentation: Document technical specifications, architecture, and design decisions for developed solutions. Maintain clear and concise documentation for reference and future maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ASP.NET, WPF, Power Platform, API integrations, and database development. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of development practices within the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), C# programming language, SQL Server, and API integrations.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL Server Stored Procedures.
• Experience developing custom PowerApps solutions and leveraging Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
