JOB TITLE: Trainee Talent Acquisition Executive
JOB PURPOSE: The job purpose is assisting in basic HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, to help support a positive workplace and ensure smooth HR operations.
QUALIFICATION: MBA in Human Resources or related field (2024 graduates)
CERTIFICATIONS: NA
EXPERIENCE: Fresher
REPORTING TO: Manager HR
LOCATION: Bangalore
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Collect feedback and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist in managing HR databases and reports.
- Help identify training needs and organize training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
MANDATORY
- Basic Employment Law Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Social Media Recruiting: Understanding of using platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
OPTIONAL
- Good understanding of Technology is an added advantage.
SOFT SKILLS:
MANDATORY
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and learn new processes quickly
