JOB TITLE: Trainee Talent Acquisition Executive


JOB PURPOSE: The job purpose is assisting in basic HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, to help support a positive workplace and ensure smooth HR operations.


QUALIFICATION: MBA in Human Resources or related field (2024 graduates)


CERTIFICATIONS: NA


EXPERIENCE: Fresher


REPORTING TO: Manager HR


LOCATION: Bangalore


RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Collect feedback and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in managing HR databases and reports.
  • Help identify training needs and organize training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.


TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

MANDATORY

  • Basic Employment Law Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Social Media Recruiting: Understanding of using platforms like LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.

OPTIONAL

  • Good understanding of Technology is an added advantage.


SOFT SKILLS:

MANDATORY

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and learn new processes quickly
