JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: SolarWinds Consultant (Pre-Sales cum Delivery)

JOB PURPOSE: Conduct Demos, Large Implementation & Support on Solarwinds Portfolio of Solutions.

QUALIFICATION: Electronics/ Computer Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder

Mandatory: SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) OR Solarwinds Architecture and Design Course Certificate plus SSE Certification.

CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Certification -AZ800 or Equivalent, CompTIA Network+ or Equivalent such as CCNA

EXPERIENCE: 7 to 8 Years out of which 4 years exclusively in Solarwinds

Optional: Microsoft MAZ900, AWS Cloud Practitioner.

REPORTING TO: Team Leader -ITOM

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

• Implementation of SolarWinds Ala’ Carte and HCO
• Conduct Requirement Gathering Sessions / Pre-Sales and Demo to new Prospects
• Support of SolarWinds to multiple Customers on the modules installed for Customers.
• Configuration of new modules on SolarWinds, Implementation of DR and HA for Solarwinds Modules
• L2 level Advanced Support on Solarwinds
• Health Check and Maintenance of the Application
• Design and deployment of SolarWinds

Interacting with SolarWinds Support for L3 Support.

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:

MANDATORY

• Should have very good experience in Implementation Projects and Support of SolarWinds independently for 4 years.
• Must have conducted demos and requirement gathering for prospects, should be familiar with new proposal build, response to RFP’s.
• Should have experience of implementing different modules of SolarWinds in Complex Enterprise Environments.
• Experience in supporting Networking, Routers, Switches and Firewalls
• Must have worked in a System Integration Company.
• Good communication skills (English)
• Willing to work in Multiple Shifts when needed.

OPTIONAL

• Understanding of Networking concepts
• SolarWinds Certified Professional
• Understanding on SQL and Oracle Databases
• Understanding on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience working in supporting multiple customers/ Projects
• Good Presentation Skills
