RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):

·      Candidate should have implementation experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory, Exchange On -Prem, Office 365 and Hyper-V Windows (DNS/RADIUS, DHCP)

·      Hands-on experience is a must and technologies last used must be one-two years.

·      Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting

·      Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 migration projects

·      Office 365- Exchange online, MS Teams, one drive, O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration

·      Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.

·      Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server

·      Manage Entra ID and conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business

·      Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS), Windows Clustering

Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810 & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration manager

·      Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support

·      Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy latest version

·      Windows SCCM patch management and windows security baseline deployment and testing

·      Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items

·      Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.

·      Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need

·      Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table.

·      Critical customer incidents/breakdowns, troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team.

·      Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers.
