Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to effectively address learner inquiries and build trust.
- Sales Techniques (Mandatory skill): Ability to implement effective sales techniques to engage prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of learners.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of Internz Learn's courses and confidently convey their value propositions to potential customers.
- CRM Software: Experience with Customer Relationship Management software to manage and track sales interactions.
- Lead Generation: Capable of generating leads through research and networking to expand the customer base.
- Negotiation Skills: Implement negotiation strategies to close deals while ensuring mutual benefit for the company and the customer.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time and priorities to handle multiple sales inquiries and tasks within deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential learners to understand their needs and provide solutions through our platform's educational offerings.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into enrolled learners, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain exceptional service standards by responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless course delivery and continued learner satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and learner interactions in the CRM.
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge of available courses and associated benefits.
- Generate new leads through outreach efforts, and nurture existing relationships to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and feedback to continually improve sales strategies and processes.
