👩🏻💻 What will you do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the international client base for remote hiring on Internshala.
- Research and identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of international leads for remote hiring services.
- Lead a team of BD and relationship management associates showcasing effective team management, including goal setting, performance evaluation, coaching, and mentorship.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Ensure that we deliver stellar service to the existing clients and strategize and train the team to ensure that existing client relationships are fostered and grown
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
