Job Overview:

• We are seeking an MIS Executive to handle data management, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to generate insights that support informed decision-making. Candidates with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management: Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Report Generation: Create and generate periodic reports related to business performance, sales, operations, and other key metrics. Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data analysis.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, orother data visualization software. Customize dashboards to meet the specific reporting needs of different departments.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality checks on data to identify and rectify errors. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing data management and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on data entry protocols and reporting tools. Act as a point of contact for queries related to data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferably 0-2 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, including knowledge of functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights.
